Join willow artist and tutor, Helen Lomberg, in a creative day working with willow to make a U shaped basket. Willow trugs are perfect for storing kindling indoors or collecting cut flowers from the garden. Working in a small group and with lots of support from Helen, you will learn traditional techniques and weave different sizes and colour of willow. Beginners or more experienced makers are equally welcome.
All tools and materials will be provided but please bring gardening secateurs and wear old clothes.
